You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by NBCAPress.net within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Partial Refunds Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
• Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that has obvious signs of use.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply.
• Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
• Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Orders Returned After 30 Days All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of your payment. You will receive an order confirmation shortly after you place it. Please take the time to ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, there is no way for us to change any information.

Duties and Taxes: Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, we will be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund. Return/Exchange Material Authorization (RMA) number is required on all returns. All items returned without RMA number will not be accepted and refused. To obtain RMA number please complete Return Request Form or e-mail us at customerservice@nbcapress.net for further instructions. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unused, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Products returned with signs of wear and tear or without original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Refunds will be made for the price of an item paid, shipping and handling cost is NOT refundable. Exchanges may require additional shipping expenses. You will be responsible for ALL costs involved in re-shipping the product. Returns must be shipped by US Postal Service, properly packaged in hard box. It is your responsibility to insure your return package – we are not liable for lost or damaged merchandise. NBCAPRESS will process exchanges or refunds within 1-2 weeks of receipt.
